Workplace Guide for Intervention with an Alcoholic Employee
Stop! This guide has one objective: To help you learn precisely how to save a life and return to productivity an employee who is an alcoholic. You qualify to purchase this guide if: 1) This employee works for you or 2) this employee is a business partner. This guide and audio CD program can be mastered on your commute to work. I give anyone permission to copy this program once and give it to ONE other hurting friend who needs to do the same thing you need to do. This program is based on my 11 years experience at Arlington Hospital Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Treatment Program in Arlington, VA. There I established the ASSIST for Small Business and ASSIST for Families intervention programs.

I took a lot of notes. I saw what worked. I honed my approach. And I instructed as many as a dozen desperate family members and business owners per week in precisely what to say and how to say it using the naturally existing tools of "influence" and "leverage" that exist in every human relationship. These "tools" motivate alcoholic or drug addicts to accept EFFECTIVE help. I captured what I did in this guide. I then went to a professional sound studio to make the audio CD. Write me and tell me about your experience! I can't wait to hear. This is my passion, so if you would like to e-mail me, feel free to click here.
